Microsoft’s new Recall AI will track absolutely everything a user does in Windows

For example, just storing history in Recall requires about 25 GB for every three months, and by default the application itself takes 256 GB of hard disc for its needs. The company claims that all confidential information is stored strictly on the local computer where the work is done, but who in the XXI century blindly trusts IT-corporations?
The novelty is unlikely to get mass distribution, as it requires a Copilot+ system with a special “neural processor”. This is a new generation of PCs based on Qualcomm Snapdragon X Elite chips, and originally designed to collect user data. At the moment, it is difficult to judge how much such computers will be in demand and effective.
