Apple once developed a Tetris clone for the iPod, but never released it

The device model A1023 does not appear in official catalogues, and former Apple vice president Tony Fadella was unwilling to comment on the discovery. It is likely to be software for side branches of the iPod family that were not realised. Developments were underway, but they were not brought to fruition, so they are now artefacts of a bygone era.
