Carmona was once a fairly large settlement in the province of Betica. The local necropolis has been explored for over a century, discovering more and more burials, including mausoleums. One of them was found five years ago, it also contained niches with burial urns. Also archaeologists papala pala a ring of gold and a vessel with a liquid substance of red colour.
It is curious that once the wine was white, but chemical processes in the course of 2.5 millennia gave it a red hue.
