The new Owl will be produced by the Italian company Manifattura Automobili Torino. The price tag for the car will be 3.1 million dollars. Aspark CEO Masanori Yoshida noted that the development of the Owl was conducted for almost 10 years – the engineers sought to create a car that will be able to set speed records.
